We use reliable delivery services for the shipment of your orders. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. This allows you to track your order's progress and ensure someone is available to receive it upon delivery.

 

3. International Orders

For our international customers, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. Just Stop T-Shirts is not liable for any delays or additional charges due to customs processes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details on customs fees.

 

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Just Stop T-Shirts. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or need to make a return, please read the following information:

 

1. Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as expected, please contact us at merch@nftees.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

2. Refunds

If a refund is agreed upon, we will process it within 30 days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Please note that we can only process refunds for items that are returned in their original condition and packaging.
